Working in IT you'd expect your coworkers to be if not the same caliber, at least be pretty damn close.
Wow... how wrong that statement is.
I'm amazed at the lack of not only an individual thought process, but how they wound up with jobs in the first place.
Maybe I expect to much of people.
After repeated attempts to explain HOW to do things, and even taking the time to take screenshots and make them pretty pictures.
End Result.... Still fucking clueless.
Perhaps I need to find the Crayola filter in photoshop so I can kindergardenize everything I send out, be it emails, manuals, process docs etc.
