Generally, I cast one final tie-breaker vote in this type of situation, however I couldn't do that this time since my own entry was involved. So we just have a tie.
Now.. the new challenge. I decided to go with an actor/character challenge for December. So this month.. break out your Willow/Alyson Hannigan headers! Participation was up this past challenge, but hopefully it will be up even more this month!
