Hi I'm new to LJ and have no coding experience I was wondering if you could help me with a layout.

I'm willing depending on what you mean. I don't redo another makers layout though I will help you adjust things if you like.

If you are using one of my layouts or plan to I will piece it together for you and help you get it exactly how you want it.

I can piece it together for you. I need you to upload a header image and a background image to some place like Photobucket and send me links to those images.
