In the midst of the celebration...
Somebody got a hold of my debit card info and bought a $500 plane ticket. I also think they managed to login to my bank account. This is really fucking scary.
I just went to the bank to dispute the charges and get a new debit card, then spent half an hour changing my password on every site I can think of that has credit card or bank info stored. I'm scared to death I missed something. Tomorrow, when the new card is activated, I have to go around to various sites and update my credit card info so automatic debits will still work. I make automatic donations to a couple charities monthly, and I don't know how to change the credit card info for those. This is too fucking complicated, and I hate that it's interrupting my celebration. You know, this is supposed to be a happy day! Let's not bicker and argue about who killed who stole whose credit card info.... *sigh*
