Who was the first person in the kpop industry to capture your interest?
To be honest…I can’t remember. The first Kpop band I ever listened to was DBSK, and I fell for Jaejoong immediately, so let’s just go with him ^^;;

Do you like a band better if someone in it acted in a show before?
Not necessarily, actually I do the opposite; in a lot of cases I’ll watch a drama, think ‘oh hey this guy is pretty cute’ and then I’ll research (aka: cyber stalk) the guy, and then find out he’s in this band which leads to me youtubing (‘cause it’s so a verb now) them and then…the rest is history. I tend to like K-idols better if I saw them act first and then find that they’re in a group. I shy away from watching K-idols that I know and like in dramas…I don’t know why, it just happens like that.
Or does that make you more critical of that person?
Uhh…see previous question I guess?? I’m always overly critical about everything…
Do you like actors who try to sing as well?
It really depends on if they can actually sing…like I love Lee Minho (Personal Taste FTW!) but the kid cannot sing. In my opinion. Still love him to pieces but…no. Just no.

My most recent fangirl moment was when my friend found and bought me a Key nametag…I squealed. Like legit.
Do your biases change frequently, or do you stay loyal?
The only significant bias change I had was when my Big Bang bias was Taeyang…but then GD was just…him. LOL one of my friends had “claimed” GD already like I had “claimed” Taeyang, so we did an official “trade” ‘cause she was diggin’ the shorty with the Mohawk. But other than that…no. Once I have a group bias, I’m viciously loyal to the end.

Why do you think some bands always have scandals, while others remain scandal free?
Ugh…don’t even talk to me about scandals.
Are your kpop interests easily influenced by others?
I s’pose so, in a way. I didn’t get into Kpop by myself, but I like a lot of bands that my friends don’t like (namely girl groups)
Do you like songs from a band, but not the band itself?
OMFG, I hate Kara with a passion but “Mister” is just so damn catchy…even if it’s a bit old.
Any idol you think is extremely shallow?
I think - in their own ways - all of the idols in the Kpop industry have a hint of shallowness. I mean, it just comes with the job, especially the more popular they become.
Any idol you wish the press would report more on?
If I could have constant new/press updates on what SHINee is doing…I would die happy

Star King - the show itself is just so cool! But I loved Star Golden Bell too…but it is no more…huhuhu T.T

I think that’s a dick move. I mean, I understand not wanting to read every single fan letter, but to arbitrarily throw them away? No bueno.
Do you think that it’s an idol’s duty to make their fans happy?
I think an idol’s first loyalty should be to themselves; if they’re happy doing what they’re doing, then the fans (if they’re real fans) will be happy no matter what.
Where do you get the latest updates on kpop from?
Allkpop…second hand info from random sources…kind of like how Changmin and Yunho performed in Yeoiudo today…when I went yesterday…fml.

Heechul on any variety show is just hilarious. That man is just beyond words. Joon always cracks me up…no swag, that kid has no swag when he’s taking his shirt off.
How did you get to know about your first kpop group that you loved?
Well…the first Asian band I went goo-goo ga-ga over was Fahrenheit. And there was a youtube comment battle about DBSK vs. FLH. Oh shit almost went down. My friends and I were so pissed at the DBSK fans who were dissing our boys. So we youtubed DBSK (Tri-Angle MV…was not impressed. Sigh. That MV was not our godly boys’ most shining moment) and eventually fell for them.
What was the first clip (not MV) that you watched from them?

Any memorable kpop experiences you had with your friends?
The first thing that came to mind was “I love the color of his skin” @quaternotescar knows exactly what I’m talking about and I blame Se7en and his overall sexiness.
