My shows for the past one week or so have been fantastic!
Veep! I'm stoked that Selena Meyers is going to run for President, oh the MAYHEM!! I don't know how that's going to be for the show in the long run since you know, the show is called Veep. And wouldn't it be awesome if the nameless and faceless Potus turns out to be President Fitzgerald Grant!! That would be a hoot indeed.
Speaking of. Oh my, Olivia's Mom's target is the President???? My hope for a Liv/Fitz endgame is up and down and at the moment it's down but never give up hope! Loving Abby and David a lot at the moment. Quinn, not so much. For me she's the weakest storyline in an otherwise stellar show that is Scandal. I mean, an instant spy/killer? Really?
Over at Cagayan. Ahhh, seeing Tony's face when Jefra's name came out was PRICELESS. They were looking so smug and all, they were so certain that Tony's name ( or LJ's ) was going to come up. I could watch over and over ( and I did ) the smiles being wiped out off their faces the minute Jeff said "Jefra". Too bad about what Kass did though. I would have loved to see Brain Team going all the way to the top. Now I don't see that happening.
The Walking Dead finale was GLORIOUS. Then I saw Andrew Lincoln in The Talking Dead and he reminded me of Tony Goldwyn. Rick Grimes made me think of Aragorn but Andrew Lincoln totally drew my mind to Tony. No specific reasons, he just did.
Game of Thrones to be renewed for, not one, but another TWO seasons yayyyyy! Tyrion/Sansa continues to break my heart ( I want them to be together so bad ) and poor Shae. She loves Tyrion but she loves her Lady Sansa, too. I do hope the show will tweak up their relationship, from what was in the book I mean. I love their dynamics!
And lastly - Barney and Marshall and Ted and Lily and Robyn. I don't watch HIMYM regularly but when I did I usually enjoyed myself hugely. I was not planning on watching the finale but hearing that yes, Ted and Robyn did end up together ( or on the way there ) I just had to because YES!!!!! And also, I heard that 'How I Met Your Father' is in the making. Haven't been reading anything about it but wouldn't it be fun if it's Barney narrating this time? Haha, I certainly would watch that!!
