Here we go.

Time for the resolutions.

1. Eat more. Specifically, eat three times a day. Do not skip meals with the excuse "but I am too busy, I can always eat later." Make an attempt to eat wholesome meals with lots of whole grains and fruits and veggies, but don't go crazy over it. Goal weight: 125-130.

2. Exercise. Make it easy, make it hard, do it as much as possible. Walk outside to the post office. Climb mountains. Ice skate. Snowboard. Swim. Do kickboxing videos. Whatever. It doesn't matter what or how much, just do it as often as possible.

3. Be kinder. Don't complain when it doesn't help anyone. Try to think of more nice things to say. Try not to be so exceptionally open about worries and burdens, and try to listen more to others' worries and burdens.

4. On the other hand, it is reasonable NOT to bake for every single special occasion.

5. Save at least 10 million more won.

6. Do more cool cheap and free things, like board game nights and tea dates and museums.

7. Notice more. I am doing a paper diary of something I notice with eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and hands every day.

8. Do whatever it takes to avoid getting sick. Please see above #1 and #2.

9. Get fluent. Study at an academy. Form study groups. Watch Korean plays and dramas. Meet 지영 and 자선 for language exchange. Be able to talk to ALL members of 승현's family without his help.

10. Focus on happiness, both day-to-day and long-term.

11. Go home for Christmas this year.

12. Take more pictures (especially in Mexico!)

13. Get back in touch with important friends back home. Write letters!

14. Join a choir, preferably with 승현.
