Hello everyone.

I am still working twelve hours a day, which is making me a very difficult coworker. Everything is going at breakneck speed: teaching my regular classes, writing workbooks, doing Honor's Club prep, trying to get through intensives with classes full of obnoxious boys (they are cute, but they are obnoxious), teaching with a book that makes absolutely no sense (yes, let's teach the use of present progressive as a device to refer to the future when including adverbs of future time. I am sure the low intermediate kids will be all over that.), planning weekly writing teacher meetings full of bad news, and, the most fun part of all, trying to prepare for the speech contest next week.

Oy.

I have been trying to do one cleaning-my-house thing a day. Today I did five, including taking out the trash and washing the floor, which are the two jobs I hate with an eternal fiery loathing, go me!

On the weekends, fun stuff happens! This weekend, David and I went to a noraebang and batting cages and watched the amazing downpouring rain. Also, we went wakeboarding again and had pajeon with Sean (Melissa's boyfriend) because he is going back to Canada this week to get his teaching degree.

Erica and Tim, two people who go to my church, live nearby, and whom I relate to very well, are also leaving this week.

And Yunie and Sunny, two of my wonderful and dedicated co-teachers, are going to leave ReadingTown at the end of the month.

I'm so so tired. I had this great dream last night that I didn't have to go to work until noon. I had to talk myself out of it, in my half-awakeness, in between snooze button pushes.
