And baby spinach. Liz bought five pounds of it, and I swear, we're each had about ten servings, and there's still about six servings left, and it HASN'T GONE BAD.

I am VERY impressed by your baby spinach. I buy 5-ounce packages for making sandwiches and feel like it goes bad after a week.
