So I finally find a place without the defunct akuma trying to eat me and there's people sick enough to be coughing up blood.

Ew. That's just gross.

Don't any surgeons live in this place, or do you all just have to wait through colds and such? Oh, well. I guess it's too much to ask for civilization in this kind of thing.

I'm pretty sure you don't need a surgeon to cure a cold.

If they're coughing up blood it's something a surgeon's got to deal with, though. Doctors do things like colds and leeches and stuff on the outside, but surgeons fix bones and cuts and things doctors can't.

I can't remember ever having to see a surgeon, really. Or a doctor.
