what is it with being at the front desk????
Last time I had to cover phones, I got to deal with the perpetual screaming from the Brat from Hell, whoever he or she may have been. Today, I'm covering at the end of the day, and have to hear this poor little baby screeching her head off. Babies this young only scream for a few reasons - they're hungry, tired, or something hurts. They don't scream for the hell of it like full-grown brats. I wanted to throddle whomever was letting this baby sit and cry.....
Finally they're going home and mom seems to have the baby now and she's finally stopped crying. Poor little thing. They were sitting in reception next door in our children's services area.
I hate people. If you're going out with a little one like that, PLAN AHEAD. Dumbasses.
