Was watching my nightly fix of Daily Show last night, and the Very Special Guest was Mike Huckabee. Of course conversation turns to Mike's anti-gay-marriage stance, because Jon Stewart is very pro-gay-marriage so he always prods his anti guests (which I love). Anywho, Mike made a statement to the effect of trying to say that people that were against gay marrage were not against gay people.
Uh, how the hell not??? "Hey I like you man, but you can't have the same rights as I do." Riiiight.
He also stated that marriage is not a right, but a priviledge. (Sorry I can't spell today, so I'm going to look dumb. I can live with it.) Well that would make it even worse, wouldn't it??? "Straight people are special we get PRIVELEGES." Fuck you, Huckabee.
I still state that a country that proclaims itself as being free, isn't free as long as all of her citizens aren't treated equally. Huckabee can kiss my skinny white ass and I hope his book fails. That is all.
