nothing really new
So after numerous false starts and some overstated hope in the Royal, i think i have a screenplay in the works that looks to be promising. The working title is Regal, and it is heavily inspired by Fargo. I wanted to do something small and dark, go back to what made me want to write movies to begin with, not something huge and complex that i'd kill myself trying to write and shoot. The plot isn't all worked out yet but the simply put premise is as follows:
"A man learns of the unfaithfulness of his wife and contracts two men too kill her during a small dinner party as to leave witnesses and not make him seem like the murderer. The wrong woman is killed and he is left with the body and the question of what to do next since the girl is the wife of the man his wife is seeing."
It sounds like some Lifetime bullshit, but trust me, nont of my movies sound too promising on the outside, its all in the writing and the execution. It should be good. Fun to shoot, not to difficult to shoot. It will mainly be shot in and around Brockton, my house being the main set of the man's home.
Other than that, nothing else has been going on. I am happy to say that i own Sin City and couldn't be more pleased about it. Such a great movie.
Been chillin with Elder alot, ima totally miss him when i move into town, i get along with him really well. Tonight i went out on a lil psuedo date with his friend Natalia. She's 23 (another older chick, im lovin it), shes insanely beautiful, and to make it all the better she's Cape Verdean. She also looks real goddam good in my Corey Dillon jersey.
Anyway, im fucking tired as hell. Last week of work comin up, BADASS. Listening to the new From Autumn to Ashes right now, i'm not that impressed thusfar.
