baptisms,diet coke, dresses, tuna sub (lol)
you're probably wondering why i named the title to this entry the above. well, over this weekend all of the above were highly involved with my weekend bonanzas.
first lets start off with dresses. homecoming was friday. jessie and me prepared for the big 'night' for quite a while. after many, many hours of failing to curl hair (i was not gifted with that talent) and trying to color my shoes brown instead of black, failed also, we finally were ready and looking pretty hot if i might add, lol. so it was so, so, so much fun! we had no guy dates but it was really fun w/o any. and it worked to our advantage b/c we had a ton of hotties trying to give us a line...hahaha, joking. but really. everyone looked pretty and handsome, i will admit i watched absolutely NONE of the football game. the rockets lost horribly, i wont retell the score b/c its quite embarrasing. i froze my a off! after the game, jessie, my dad, kayla, and me went to the movies at 10:35 to watch elizabethtown, loved it and i attempted to do cartwheels in the theatre, yeha enough said. huge bucket of popcorn was barely touched but the milk duds were devoured! that definately topped off the night/morning!
next, diet coke...oh do i love the sound of those two words. haha. to keep myself awake for the late nights and early mornings i needed my caffeine sugar-high so what did i turn to? well my diet coke of course. i believe i drank 3 whole gallons all together just from friday, sat. and today. yes i know i'm going to die of getting a kidney stone, but on a lighter note that was the only addiction that kept me awake and alive for the exciting weekend.
third would be baptisms. this morning instead of going to gmvumc, i decided to travle to a church in europe on my private jet. haha not really, that story sounded good though. but to the truth, i went with jessie and her family to her church in pelham to witness her, her step-dad, brother, step=brother, and sister get baptised. after all of their baptisms, the church prepared a cake and a large feast to celebrate their special day! praise jesus. after i stuffed my face, i went over to jessie house just to chill. great fun, me and jessie are becoming really good friends and i'm glad.
and last but definately not least, tuna subs! yes you are probably thinking how could you possibly eat that disgusting thing, but i did. after getting back from jessie's i went to church and then went with corey, brett, and aaron and met up w/ some others to eat at subway. that is where i ate my delicious tuna sub although i was made fun of by all of the guys. yep, it was really funny though. after that we went to aaron's house to watch kingdom of heaven, well i didnt really watch it nor understand it. but it was great to get to hang out and act silly with those people, i really enjoyed it , alot. i hope more times like that will be to come...:) long weekend, looking forward to an even longer and luscious fall break this week! i love you all so much! leave comments.
