Bloody sick and tired...
So my rant for work:
I'm sick of Universal. It's bloody crap. We have a meeting coming up to discuss what we can do to make our area better. I don't think I"m going. We had one about 4 or so months ago and it was just bullshit. We wanted better communication which we haven't got, they wanted us to show initiative but the people that do don't get the promotions while the lazy ass kissers get the promotions. I actually know one girl who got casual status without asking for it, got a lead position without asking for it, and then was got the regular status because she "was getting so many hours." Yeah those are quotes, I actually heard my boss tell her that they were gonna give her the full time because she was getting so many hours. That's fair. Shit I work harder than her, know more about the stores and procedure's in general and she fucking bats her eyes and touches managers and general managers arms when talking, fucking slut. She started at universal a month before me but was seasonal and in tampa for a whole year, she comes back right as we get new managers and I'm gone on vacation to NC and Colorado that summer, fucking convenient, fucking ass kisser. It's so much bullshit it drives me crazy. And the new lead that their training is just plain incompetent. yeah she's been there longer than I have, and she still asks me for help. Hell most people there ask me for help, even the leads sometimes! WTF. I didn't go in to work today. I don't have the points to miss work so lets see what happens. My shift today was canceled because it was for an event after the park closes but the event wasn't for tonight, so my manager scheduled me for something that was never happening. He told me yesterday that it was canceled and to work in company today from 1-9:45. Company's the worst store to work in, especially at close. I love how he gave me a choice. So I chose not to go. If I point out I'll be fired, and they won't have me to work for spring break week which they say they need me to work overtime because they're so short shifted. Oh well, lets see what they do. My scheduling boss can shove it up his ass if he thinks I give a shit. Mother fucker's been asking for favors because he's been needing to fill shifts, fucker scheduled me for a day I requested off over a month ago, I switched the time he scheduled me but I still worked when I had asked off. I worked the day after that which is a sunday because he needed a favor, knowing full well I don't worked sunday. I worked it, figured I owed him one. Then the fucker schedules me next week for 5 days, 4 of which are 4 hour shifts, the 5 day is a 6 hour. WTF! I can understand maybe 1 or 2 four hour shifts but 4 in a week? That's abuse, it's not even worth the gas. 4 hour shifts are what you give the high schoolers after school. So he made em all 6 hour shifts and asked me if that was good, I told him it was better but not good. I'm about done. I stand around all day ready to claw my eyes out because we're slow as hell but they won't send anyone home. Fuck it pisses me off.
