Sooo, here's what I've done so far for Spanish:
SPAN 001, SPAN 002, SPAN 003
SPAN 100, SPAN 110
SPAN 253
SPAN 300
SPAN 410
STILL NEED:
SPAN 215 and ?
This does not include anything I've done in Chile, which is quite obviously important. I'm taking 18 credits of classes here, so I guess we can figure 18 more credits for Spanish. Notice I also jumped immediately to the big leagues so I can go back and do the 200-levels while focusing on the upper-level courses of my other majors. To get a major in Spanish you essentially need 48 credits of SPAN. If I only have SPAN 215 and SPAN 253 left, that DOES NOT seem like enough. I want more. I want to actually learn the language, not so much earn the major. If I have enough space in my busy, busy academic schedule, I will consider taking on some upper-level SPAN electives.
For FRENCH MINOR:
FR 111, FR 112 (6 credits each)
FR 202, FR 201
STILL NEED:
FR 316, FR 331
FR 401 FR 4XX
For INTERNATIONAL STUDIES MAJOR
Er, let me get back to you on that. I know I have to do International Studies for French because Spanish is a major. It's all very confusing.
