Well I hope everyone is happy. This is the start of something very scary, something that might scare you for life, something that...oh who am I kidding non of that is true. This is my first live journal entry, well duh. Ok here it goes....
Ok to start off I must relieve some inner tension, this relates to my roommates (all of which are freshmen). The first roommate I will tell you about is Ryan. Ryan is from Astoria, New York, he's a little shorter then I and about the same build. The thing that really, I mean really makes me want to ring his neck is the fact that he NEVER chews with his mouth closed. I can always hear the slapping lapping sound of him chewing and it drives me nuts! If he is eating in our room I have to put my head phones on and crank me music up so I can't hear him. I know some of you are thinking, "Why don't you just ask him to chew with his mouth closed?" Well the answer to that is if you didn't know Astoria is a part of New York city, this means any criticism of him will cause resentment and anger toward me. For those the know me I am not one for confrontation. The other reason for not saying anything is that, if you figure he is 18 years old and he has been chewing with his mouth open for most of his life there is no way I am going to change that nasty habit. Another thing about Ryan is that he seems to put of a "mask" when he is around Jon and I. It just seems like he acts in a way to hide himself from us, he also goes home every other weekend. Out of all of us I think he is having the hardest time adjusting to college life. In a way I feel bad for him but then again I don't, it is just something he will have to get through like I did last year.
On to the other two roommates.
Ok roommate number two, Mas, profile: sleeps. Mas is the type of roommate you only see sleeping other then that he is not in the room.
Well last but not least Jon Sanders, roommate number 3. Ok I have nothing against this guy, he is kewl. The only gripes I have is that he likes to play his computer games loud, really loud and you have to yell to ask him to turn it down or to put on his head phones. Then he freaks out that you yelled at him while he was playing his game. Irrational? I think so, if the game is so loud i have to yell then don't freak when I yell for you to turn it down. Other then that I have no problems with him, he is fun to hang with and a good person to talk to.
