In the last eleven days, I have spent time on six of those days with my in-laws. Not that I don't love them and have a good time with them, but damn that's a lot of time to spend with family.

I purged my shoes today. 25 pairs of shoes, people. Twenty-five. XXV. I still haven't gone though the shoes in the hall closet, so it could be even more by the time it's all said and done. We went to watch my nephew's T-Ball game last night. I have to say, watching a hoard of five year olds try to play a sport is pretty entertaining. Connor's team is all boys and they played an all-girl team. Hmmm, I think the girls kicked their butts. The girls took direction much better and seemed to have a little bit better coordination. Well, we survived Beth's graduation. The ceremony was lovely. William Jewell is a small college and with 350 or so graduates, it allowed for much pomp and circumstance that simply isn't feasible at a larger university.
