Things haven't been so good lately, with unpleasant choices looming. I've been getting a bit breathless recently and have the choice of just living with it (and speeding my demise) or else getting non-invasive ventilation which, at first, I would use occasionally but then I'd have to use more and more. Eventually it wouldn't be any use and I'd have to have proper full pumping air through my throat ventilation. This is just too real.
