Someone needs to educate my mother in how to use the internet, as when she looks me up this appears. Much as it breaks the hearts of many people, I am not behind bars.

Also, Lib Dem drinks? Really?

Lib Dem drinks. There's a tautology if ever I heard one.

Lib Dems will get drunk. It's inevitable. The only difference is that James wants them all to do it together.

I think it's a capital idea.

You only think it's a capital idea because there'll be so many starry eyed new folk that you won't have to pay for a single drink all night.

He's going to be down a bottle of whiskey from the day before, it's only fair that a few of your lot buy him some drinks.

You will simply have to lead the party for a decade and gather a commensurate set of starry eyed followers.

I suppose I have the sex scandal and the slightly ginger down...

Anymore advice? I feel toppling Nick at this particular junction may not be wise for either of our political careers...

Oh, you think so, do you?

We'll have to see what we can do about that.

I consider it to be one of my less risky ventures, yes.

Oh, and don't strain yourself, it would be a pity if you had to miss your little drinks party the next day.

There is that. And why not indeed?

And better still, Jane doesn't know that yet.

I'm sure that could be viewed as coercion.

Give me brownies or I'll tell her.

Good heavens, young man! I don't go around soliciting drinks.

All in good time, young man. You'll get yours. particularly if you go telling Jane things she doesn't need to know.
