I just got back from the grocery store not too long ago. Unfortunately, you know they always have interesting magazines by the check-out lines, and I feel like it's a huge joke to everyone if you want to stop and look at those magazines.

Naturally, weight loss is the hot topic nowadays. Every other magazine had something or two (or three) on the cover about how to lose weight or your stomach, or what celebs are anorexic or overweight, etc. Curious about some weight loss tips, I quickly scanned some articles...and not one said anything I didn't already know. "Build muscles." "Eat fiber." "Eat fruit." It's pretty cool how you become something of an expert when you get very serious about losing weight. I don't think there's any secret or tip that I don't know anymore. Well, except for how to make migraines stop coming or get rid of sinus problems permanently...but, hey, those might not be healthy-lifestyle related after all!

But I'll stop now before anyone reading from 100pounds2lose starts politely whining about how long this post is! ;)- It kills me how people come online, to sites where you're supposed to read no less, and then don't want to do it!
