You're always so kind, thank you. You owe me nothing. But if you ever want to do something for me, let me play with the kitty sometime. I have a huge soft spot for pets, to the point where I'm tempted to get something myself, if I ever find a pet store. It's so nice having something warm and furry around.

Fff... I'll bake you a little cake at least then. I enjoyed making the one for my birthday so I'll make one for yours. You can come play with Zelda when I'm off sometime then alright? I'm trying to get her to be more people friendly too so it might help her to play with someone other than me once and a while.

I'm not sure how Tsubaki would handle letting someone else have a pet... I was the first person here she let have one actually. Even then I had to do so much for her to make it worth her while to let me keep said kitten. I love Zelda to pieces but it was almost to the point where having her and getting to keep her was more work being allowed to keep her than actually having her around.

I'll have to gently broach the topic of pets. If I go with something simple and caged like a rat, or a fish at the least, it shouldn't be a big problem. And I could stand working harder for a time if need be. It isn't important, just something that would be nice to have around for company. And how ironic is that, a prostitute wanting companionship!

I made it from scratch! No mixes used or shortcuts were taken! Thank you... I try to do my best in things, it's how I was raised, even if I never gave a shit about anything. Once and a while I did actually get interested.

I'm sure a fish or something similar of nature would be more than alright. Maybe a hamster? I always loved them... I managed to reason with her I would be much happier and responsive to customers with a pet because they're soothing and help their owners relax and can ease the worries of those who care for them. Simple psychological reasons that pet having are beneficial proved to be a good reason for me to keep Zelda.

And here I thought you'd just kissed up and promised to clock in more hours. That's great. I hope Zelda hasn't gotten into mischief to cause you trouble, since it was so hard to get her.

Kissing up and promising more hours would have gotten me nowhere. One can only promise to do so much work and get so much accomplished, other things are needed to convince someone that the end result is worth the exchange. Who's to say just because I worked more that I would have gotten any more customers? I needed to tell her that having Zelda would have benefited me and in turn benefited her in the long run by making me far more enjoyable for customers to enjoy.

Zelda's been very good. I've been training her on my off time and so far she is very receptive to my methods. I think I lucked out when it came to getting a smart cat.
