Here we go again!
The Crazy Lady is at it again. She is so divisive that it's ridiculous.
Background - the Crazy Lady volunteers with me. Sometimes this is a great thing, since she is very resourceful and not afraid to ask people for things. However, she is not aware of boundaries. People who are hired to do a job report to someone who tells them what to do. As a volunteer who technically reports to no one, she feels that she can make whatever changes she wants, without checking with anyone. This means that the boss (whom she likes) gets screwed over because she won't talk to the employee in charge of that area (whom she doesn't like). To make matters worse, she gets the students on her side because she tries to provide them with exactly what they want with no regard for the project as a whole!
