On friday I went to The Norton with Heather (and briefly Mog,Jim and Ben). We had quite a nice night, and talked about lots of things.

On saturday, I bought a few things from charity shops:

A 1950/60s souvernier doll in the local costume from Italy (50p)

An amusing novelty plate about scottish people. It's pretty lame, but I couldn't resist (99p)

The Future Homemakers Of America novel (30p)

Next Stop Hope an anthology of upcoming writers work (well upcoming as of 2003) (30p)

The Awakening novel. (60p)
and this LP

(25p)

I am so cool!

Last night we (Heather,Jim,Chalky,Lina,Robin) went to see Slow Club play at The Plug. The band were brilliant, fun and beautifully great. After we went back to The Quarter, the place owned by the mental man who gives you free drinks. This time we got free champagne!

Today I've not been up to much. I've been feeling pretty down, to be honest. My dad is probably the least understanding man in the world.

Anyway, I have a meeting with the head of my course tomorrow. So, I hope something positive comes from that. I'm shitting myself.
