I guess when it rains, it pours. Man, what a stressful couple of weeks it has been. I am thankful to tallwithglasses for reminding me (as often as I need to hear it) that everything will work out as it should.
Falfax and monsterofmud, I really hope that we can reschedule the dinner party soon. I was really looking forward to it. BTW, thanks for the movie... and for the bug. ;) Kitik Keed'kak is the most fun alien name ever.
Let's see, tallwithglasses and I went to Tulsa on Friday night and watched The Queen, which was playing in the AMC there. It was neat to get to compare Helen Mirren's portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II with her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth I. We watched that HBO miniseries recently. Yay for Netflix!
Yesterday, we took a long drive through Ponca City and Tonkawa. I got to see many of the places that were important to tallwithglasses when she was growing up. That was fun.
Today has been nice and laid back. It was actually warm enough for me to want to be outside for awhile. I am looking forward to this spring like no other. Tomorrow is President's Day, and I am planning to celebrate by sleeping in. It's going to be niiice.
