1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
A few things. Writing my own play was a biggie though. I also performed at One Act Competition.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I resolved to loose weight, and I did! Some. The holidays were horrible for me though. XD
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Nope.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
My dog, Cookie.
5. What countries did you visit?
Stayed in the good ol' U.S. of A.
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
A girlfriend.
7. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
December 12th, one of the worst days of my life.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Probably finishing the play.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not being stronger, not being more confidant, not being able to tell people my problems. My relationship with my family probably counts too.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I had the bizzaro-flu during November.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Oh! My awesome winter coat I bought on the 29th! Ah, it's so cool. So's the party dress I bought.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Everyone in Midsummer, for being amazing actors and being able to pull off the play with all of the drama and suck that happened.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
My parents, in general. Alexis.
14. Where did most of your money go?
....I wonder! Movies and my social life, I believe. Oh, and Dragon*Con.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Casting my play, con season, SCAD over the summer.
16. What song will always remind you of 2009?
"It's Not Impossible" by Ben Sollee. Just really because I love that song. XD

Happier or sadder? Hmm, sadder I think.

Homework, grade improvement.

Having panic attacks.
20. How did you spend Christmas?
At home with my family. We opened presents, packed, drove five hours, I freaked out from sleep deprivation and generally disliking my family, I got yelled at, I disliked my family more, and we ate at Ruby Tuesdays. Fun.
22. Did you fall in love in 2009?
I don't think so. I've had a few crushes, but nothing that could come anywhere close to being considered "love"
23. How many one-night stands?
EVERY NIGHT WITH PSPGM.
24. What was your favorite TV program?
Glee. ^_^

Alexis.
26. What was the best book you read?
I really liked Crime and Punishment.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Tough question. Probably popular music in general. I didn't used to like it at all, but lately I've been loving it.

Hutch for Language Arts.

A teacher for Language Arts that doesn't somehow make me rage. Oops.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 17, all of my friends were at another friend's party (to which I was not invited), and my parents didn't get me anything. Oh, and my dad was out of town. I went to the mall to see The Hangover, loved it, and got yelled at by my mother for being a selfish spoiled brat. You know, I'm not liking the theme my holidays seem to be having...
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
My parents not yelling at me, a girlfriend.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009?
Black t-shirt, black over-shirt, jeans. Every. Single. Day.
34. What kept you sane?
I honestly have no idea.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
For some bizarre reason, Chris Colfer. Try to find the logic in THAT.
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
I've pretty much tried to avoid politics in 2009 after the shitfest that was 2008.

Hmmmm..... Maddie, Nathan, Mo, SCAD friends, Renee, a couple of theater people, Copy-Room Freshman...

Even when everything seems like it's shit, you can find something to cheer you up. Even if it's the dumbest, cheesiest thing ever.
