IPhone post!
We are at my ILs' house - they are in FL, so we are here alone. My little angel is asleep on their guestroom bed (he was very overtired & melting down so I couldn't stomach putting him in the PNP & letting him CIO, so I held him & he fell asleep in my arms on the bed in about 30 seconds flat. Rob brought me a cup of tea & I thought I'd do some iPhone pic posts!
Today & y'day:
This morning we drove up to the chicago botanic gardens (which are in the northern burbs near my ILs, it's where C did her garden camp this past summer) to see their "wonderland express" train exhibit. It's a longstanding seasonal exhibit; I think the NYBG does something similar. It's a great train set where they create lots of Chicago area landmarks out of natural items (seed pods, leaves, gourds, pine cones etc) and have trains running throughout. Last time we came H was not yet 2 months old! Aaw :) this time he was in heaven. He loves trains. Most pics are on my dslr, but here are a few from my phone:
Yday - h's first trip to the dentist! It went really well. He was sooooo cute. Dentist was a sweet Jewish woman (c's dentist at the same practice was booked, so we couldn't see her y'day). H was so good & only got upset at the tail end of the cleaning. We were so proud of him! I got into the chair with him & he even let her finish. Such a little trouper :) pics:
