25 years
Today I am a quarter-century old. *pause to let that sink in*
I've been in that reflective state of mind these last few days. Examining where my life has been and where it's headed, not to mention making a few promises to myself.
At 25, I have accomplished quite a feat if I do say so myself. I not only graduated from college, but I graduated from law school and landed a full time job. (which I love btw...but more on that later)
I purchased my first car, got a grown up apartment and a cat. I have friends who I adore and who I have (miraculously and thankfully) stayed really close to and who I know will always be there if I need them. I have also been in love....and out. but at least I have been there once.
Not so bad for my first 25 years, is it?
All in all, I'm pleased with where my life is, but I hope that 25 years down the road I have a lot more to be grateful for and that I have accomplished a few other personal goals.
