Belated Playing Style Meme

CONTACT
IRC: If I am playing, I'll be on IRC! I'm usually nicked to Ashyboy, but will switch to Kharg or Apollo if I'm playing either of them more at the time. If I have anything nicked to my name (Ash|Busy/Ash|HW, etc) I'm usually multi-tasking and will be stupidly slow at responding (though I am already, sob). NinjaMcZzzzster is my sleep nick and Ash|Puppies is my at work nick.
Alternatives: Email is a good way to contact me! But I only check it like, once a day. Usually in the evening or morning. But I will see it eventually! I mostly check masterofmon(at)gmaildotcom for RP stuff.
Style: . . .??? DOES THIS MEAN WHEN TALKING TO ME? I'm going by other people's memes. Uh, I don't talk much when I'm threading unless something happens and I need to ask people about it or something INCREDIBLE OCCURRED and I may stop to ramble for a while. I rarely PM people, but I don't mind if you PM me! Just be warned I'm. . .not a good talker XD If I go silent it's not you, I'm just distracted or don't have anything else to say T_Tb Despite this, I am known for randomly drive-by PMing people, capslocking at them about something awesome and then disappearing. S-sorry guys.
THREADING
Playing frequency: VARIES. Some days I can stay up all night threading, other days I crash straight after work/class. I try to get in a few good threads in with all my characters every week tho, and am the most active Thursday evenings through Sunday.
Replying speed: 5-10 minutes usually! MUCH SLOWER IF I'M RUNNING A POST. Ash is the quickest for me, but Kharg and Apollo take a little thinking. Especially Kharg, when he's arguing with someone :| If I'm only a few threads, it shouldn't take longer than a few minutes to reply barring distractions.
Thread dropping: I-i do this a lot if I burn out on a post. BUT I LOVE PICKING UP. I CAN THREAD FOR DAYS YOU GUYS, YOU HAVE NO IDEA. I love threading ;o; At the same time though, if I think a thread has ended naturally/normally, I don't hesitate to drop it. If you want to continue TELL MEEEEEE.
Thread pickup: ^. . .what I just said! PLEASE TELL ME if you want to pick up--I don't always check my comment notifications. Ex: I just now realized someone replied to Apollo and Kharg like, ten days ago orz I really don't mind slow threads and picking up. Please let me knooow.
Comfort levels: I'M COOL WITH WHATEVER \O/ Seriously, throw whatever you want at me, I'll find a way to deal with it. If push comes to shove and I don't want to play something out, I can always pull out an Acme PlotholeTM 8Db
Threading permission: Jump meeee jump meeeee ;o;! I may be slow but I love playing with new characters. Jump meeeeeeee ;^;
POSTING
I try to post with everyone at least 1-2 times a month. Sometimes more if I have a lot of time.
Frequency: . . .see above!
Spontaneity: I AM ALL FOR SPONTANEITY. If I'm awake. No really, ask me to do something and as long as I 1)am not about to pass out like a rock or 2) have no homework, I am always up for posts. In fact I'd post RIGHT NOW if I didn't have to go to work.
BUT AS A NOTE: if you know you want to do something a head of time, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE. I usually don't get home til after 8pm and am very tired (come December, I won't get home til 9-10pm :(). So if you want to do a nighttime post, please let me know so I can like, nap. And actually be awake to play. I'M ALL FOR SCREWING UP MY SLEEP SCHEDULE FOR THE SAKE OF PLAYING because I am responsible like that. If I had to work super early, I will bail on posts sometimes, sorry.
Postrape: I'm cool with it, as long as people know I'll be super slow. I like smaller posts, but big posts help me meet more people \o/
Time before a post is abandoned: Anywhere from 2-5 hours! Longer if there's only a few people playing or I'm really really into it. For bigger posts I'll spend 1-2 days picking up threads before finally giving up. I don't mind! o/
Posting vs. Threading: I like both! I love posting because that lets me meet a lot of new people all at once, and sometimes, c'mon. I just want to post a dumb photoshop. I'M NOT GONNA LIE, IT'S A TOTALLY VALID REASON. Anyway, with threading I can pay more attention and give better thought out replies.
QUIRKS
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?? I don't know if I have any real quirks, but be warned I jump around from being super lurky with my characters to throwing them everywhere? Iunno :'( I LIEK PLAYING.
New canon: I LOVE NEW CANON AND WILL LIKELY RAMBLE ABOUT IT IN MY CHARACTER'S JOURNALS. I am cool with spoilers as I'm usually more surprised by the lead up than the actual spoiler, and half the time I forget about being told about the spoilers. I LOVE TALKING ABOUT MY CANONS YOU GUYS. THEY ARE AWESOME.
AUs: HAHA no. Look who I play, man. However, for crack AUs I totally volunteer my characters to burst in and interrupt things 8Db I'm also up for funtime adventure AUs, like the Kingdom Hearts thing. I love post!camp stuff \o/
