Looks like the Angel crew is adjusting just fine, which would be just dandy, if it wasn't for Cordelia deciding to break off on her own. The Senior Partners weren't too pleased, but there wasn't really anything to be done about it. Angel took the deal for all of them, technically excluding Cordelia, because she wasn't around to look at the building at the same time. I really hate loopholes sometimes.
So naturally, Angel's been a tad on the grumpy side. Blah blah blah, true love, yadda yadda yadda... I'll just have to remind him what his job is. He took this deal, he takes everything that goes with it whether he likes it or not. Plus, it's one tiny little agency with Cordelia Chase. Big whoop. He just needs to give it time, I'm sure she'll be back.
Not that I care either way, this is actually kind of nice. No one to take the shine off my job as Bitch Liason, I can get used to this. She would have been all 'fight the establishment' maverick woman anyway. So to make Angel feel better, I'm going to pile him up with more work, and make sure he keeps things running like they should be run.
