Matt and Alesha - The Ship

 Still not okay with the Deal/Survivor's Guilt story arc? Yep, me neither.

After some encouragement from the very awesome diamondrocker, I have been thinking about it a lot (and by thinking I mean grumbling to anyone who will listen about how unreasonable the PTB at Law & Order UK have been in deciding that killing Matt Devlin was the solution to having to write Jamie Bamber out of the show).  What I’ve decided, is that I’m definitely not giving up my ship or my A/U and I will keep clicking away at my laptop with my canon that pretty much went its own away after "Anonymous" anyway.

Because it takes me an hour to do a LJ-Cut, I am just posting the links to the stories on my page. Here are brief teasers and the links to their stories:

1. The Wire - Matt has been attracted to Alesha from the start, however, he wasn’t so sure the feeling was mutual, until now.
2. The Drive - A light-hearted story about a drive to the country.
3. The Family Photo - A backstory. This is my A/U and this tells the story of Matt’s childhood abuse and how he survived it. WARNING contains discussion of child abuse and sexual abuse.
4. Out in the Open - Ronnie discovers Matt and Alesha’s relationship. [This was written before Jamie announced his departure from the show, an A/U in which Matt is shot, and survives]. 
5. Valentine -- Post "Anonymous," Matt and Alesha start down the path to Matt-and-Alesha

I'm still undecided about whether I'll keep watching LOUK going forward. In the mean time, it's back to my laptop.
