SUBJ: Feldman case/ Donna Ransom
DETECTIVES,
After an extensive meeting today with Chief Nagler, it was decided that you will be going out to California to pursue leads in the Feldman murder investigation. While you don't have grounds to arrest Donna "Kandi" Ransom just yet, Chief Nagler would like you to investigate what she's doing there in Los Angeles, as well as see if you can find grounds for arrest or at least some shred of probable cause. Dets. Munch and Silvera will be staying in New York to keep the office afloat. I've been talking with the head of the LAPD's SVU squad, who says they'll offer you whatever support they can.
