Memo to Lawyers re: Case A trial

Enclosed is the list of jurors for the upcoming trial.
Also be advised that opening arguments will be heard on Tuesday morning, 10am.
Juror 1: Alice McDougal, white, 32. A janitor at the Plaza Hotel, Alice comes from a lower class background, has two older brothers both serving time in prison.
Juror 2: Frank Stephens, white, 49. A shipping clerk for the United States Postal Service, Frank does not care much for women, having been rejected by them much of his life.
Juror 3: Jerome Tilman, black, 28. Jerome works odd jobs around his neighborhood and volunteers at the local YMCA. He’s a recovering drug addict.
Juror 4: Dana Brightman, white, 24. Dana comes from a middle-class background, works as a sales associate at Macy’s, and was abused by her last boyfriend.
Juror 5: Ellen O’Hare, white, 35. Ellen is a mother of four, working-class background, and devoutly Roman Catholic.
Juror 6: David Morgan, white, 40. David is a construction worker, with a bias against African-Americans.
Juror 7: Barbara Morris, white, 59. Barbara is retired, widowed, with two children and three grandchildren.
Juror 8: Carlos Hernandez, Hispanic, 35. Carlos, a blue collar worker, has been twice divorced.
Juror 9: Tyler Briggs, white, 22. Tyler is a grad student at Columbia, where he’s studying acting.
Juror 10: Laurence Dilman, 37. Laurence lives off of unemployment checks and the occasional job. He was abandoned as a child.
Juror 11: Edgar Mello, 52, white. Edgar is edging into retirement, waiting for the day to cash in his pension. He’s middle management at an accounting firm.
Juror 12: Yuri Hashimoto, 43, Japanese. Yuri is an investment analyst, upper class, with a wife but no children.
(OOC note: Opening arguments will take place on Tuesday, but at 10pmEST. Yes, this does interfere with SVU, but most of you have DVRs or video cassettes you use anyway, or are on the West Coast. As during all trial procedures, audience is welcome.)
