To Connie’s shock, he’d left his BlackBerry behind. He didn’t go anywhere without the device - if she didn’t know better, she’d think it was permanently attached to his hand.
It lay there, tempting her. Finally, her curiosity won and she picked it up, playing with the buttons until a picture popped up on the screen. She gasped at what she saw.
The picture was of her, sound asleep in Mike’s bed the night before.
Connie thought the BlackBerry was Mike’s addiction, but she’d been wrong.
She was his addiction.
