There’s been an alarm going off somewhere in my area for the past eight hours. It’s just quiet enough to hear when I’m not doing anything, but still incredibly invasive. One of those slowly driving you crazy noises. It’s been going off long enough that whatever emergency triggered the alarm is no longer an emergency. Some one please turn it off, okay?
