I have come to a realization that is completely inappropriate for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Yahoo.
After many assessments, I came across one that called me a "Giver."
It clicked.
Required reading for my last job was "The Go-Giver" by Bob Burg and John David Mann.
And they laid me off.
As soon as I made the realization, I received a phone call.
My last interview, the one I felt went horribly wrong.
Called me back and moved me on the in person interview Tuesday 11AM.
Am going to need to watch out for all the lightning strikes in my life.
