So let me get this straight, Anthem... I've had an account with you people since 2006. I am less than a week late with a payment, yet suddenly my account has been made inactive? I no longer have health insurance?

I am furious. Now, granted, I can't get a real person on the phone until Monday, so it may be a simple fix, but really? I've had an account with you people for seven years and suddenly my account has been closed due to one late bill?

Anyone have any luck with any other insurance companies? Because this is bullshit. I'd rather get insurance elsewhere, at this point.
