This weekend I have free time. This is amazing and novel. I often take time to sit on my butt and do nothing, but it is a much needed break from the business that surrounds me. I am saddened, because I did not buy the new genetics syllabus yet. This Friday I finished my fourth biochemistry exam. The class was hard and I hope I made a B, but I enjoyed the intellectual stimulation. At some point during gentics class we’re going to watch GATTACA. Anatomy is not as intellectually stimulating. I could study for it but flashcards are boring.
I went to a picnic today at Curtis park. I hate driving. I also don’t really like going out by myself. Thus, I never go out. I like the Southwest Christian Fellowship people at my school, however, I did get into a debate because I’m pro-evolution. Ethics class is interesting and I talk a lot during small group. In other situations I feel that I have not adequately researched my position and thus I sit quietly when I disagree. I voted against prop2 because it would forbid civil unions. You may have other strong reasons that you were against it, but I may not agree with those or with other broad generalizations.
Oh and medical school is a lot harder than I thought it would be atleast 20x so and possibly 100x.
