Sick sick sick
I have been sick for most of the past month. Turns out I'm allergic to a lot of the plant life down here, not limited to Oaks, purple flowers, some pines, and God-knows-what-else. These allergies lead to stuffed sinuses of course, which for me leads to sinus infections. I have had two sinus infections in the last four weeks, have lost about fifteen pounds due to swelling of the throat making it painful to swallow anything, and the antibiotics that I have been on, coupled with the lack of nutrition, left me open to one beauty of a viral infection after sinus infection number two.
I am tired, and I feel like hell, but I'm doing ok. I work some, and sleep a lot of the rest of the time. The weight loss from the illnesses hasn't really triggered any anorectic tendencies, but then again I've been too sick to really care about that, I just want to be healthy enough to get better.
