This above article from the Washington Times, a conservative newspaper, makes me think that the new TOS was imposed on SUP by Putin's regime, so even if their staff is full of intelligence insiders, it may not be the way all LJ staffers at SUP want to go. I'm not ready to boycott them if any of the Russian people can make use of the venue in some way, let alone resistors, and the more communication venues available to them, even compromised ones, the better.
