Things About Glee

Here are just some off the cuff observations.

1) TERRI SCHUESTER. LOVE OF MY LIFE. FIRE OF MY LOINS. ALWAYS BE ON MY TV. Her character, though, is so similar to Jessalyn Gilsig's character on "Nip/Tuck" that it makes me annoyed with Ryan Murphy's inability to be original.

2) The only time I think I am ambivalent about the content of the show is when there is a showdown between Bieste and Sue. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO WINS, IT'S STILL GOING TO BE AWESOME.

3) Didn't mind "Make 'Em Laugh" but that number will always be best performed solo and with a stuffed doll and by Donald O'Connor. But here's the facts: I love Matthew Morrison's voice a lot, so I could listen to him sing showtunes forever. Also Harry Shum was the best choice to dance that as well. So, good choices there.

4) As far as I am concerned, the episode ends before we can hear The Mash-Up That Shall Not Be Named.

5) Gwyneth Paltrow sounds like a slightly refined Chris Colfer when she sings. The first time I heard You Know Which Mash-Up, I thought it might be Kurt. And when I heard "Nowadays" I thought it might be Kurt too.

6) "Are you a stripper or a drag queen?"

7) Mini!Glee kids! Puck's totes the cutest, obvs.

8) PRINCIPAL SUE

Gwyneth Paltrow wasn't that bad at all. I just odn't like her as a person, so I wish someone else could have played her, but whatever. Maybe they could have brought back Molly Shannon's character to do the role Holly Holliday. I'm just saying, I bet Molly Shannon could do a killer Mary Todd Lincoln. History can be fun!

I'm sure there are other things, but I was mostly pleased with this episode.
