Jinki is horrible when it comes to dealing with girls.
Of all the things he’s blessed with, like his intelligence, good looks and innocent, bright personality--being suave with girls just isn’t one of them. He grows incredibly nervous in front of them and can’t utter more than a breathy “Hello” with his eyes wide open like a gaping fish; which is why he gets labeled the Silent Weirdo by the girls in his class who stay far, far away from him. Even though Jinki knows he’s attracted to the opposite sex with their soft facial expressions and slender fingers and sweet perfume. He just can’t manage to actually speak to one.
So, imagine his surprise when he encounters Kim Kibum, an openly opinionated pretty boy who is often mistaken for a girl and not just because of how he looks. Upon their first meeting and the sight of the younger boy’s enchanting smile, Jinki suddenly becomes flustered as if he were in front of a girl. But instead of being nervous and words failing him, Jinki finds himself tongue tied with things he wishes he could say out loud.
Like You’re gorgeous. You’re beautiful. And I love your pretty pout.
But he stops himself in fear of ruining whatever good first impression he’s already made. Even if he did slip a little while walking, Jinki is eager to know more about the other boy.
He’s not sure if this means he swings both ways but he does know that falling for a boy is much easier than talking to girls.
