I think it was just a random dream scenario. Maybe even something that Castiel influenced so that they could have their little conversation.
I'm actually probably missing a lot of bible references because they're wrong because I haven't studied as much as I should.
I guess Dean could see Jimmy sleeping fully clothed as a normal thing because he's been doing it all season, but Sam had to notice that that was a little odd.
Her name is Claire and yes, the poor thing is going to need SO MUCH therapy. I actually really liked her. *pets her* It'll be interesting to see how she grows up. Also, she can actually act.
Ruby definitely has something going on, but she is playing Sam like a fiddle. It's really kind of genius, whether she's always been Ruby or not.
Sam probably thought that maybe Dean was going to let it go for once and not yell at him and they could snuggle together and he'd even let Dean be the big spoon...
