So.  For [Insert Winter Gift-Giving Holiday Here] this year, I treated myself to decanted samples of selections from the Yule 2011 bpal collection.

I'd meant to review others first, but I accidentally got enough of this one on me that I figured I may as well start off with it.

That sounds pretty!

Argh. You're going to end up making me lust over those enough to buy yet more imps, at this rate. ^^;;;

XD Honestly - I'm SO glad I decided to try a decant circle - I can try multiple LE's at once without paying out the nose for it. ^^;;

Which circle did you end up joining?

I didn't join per se, just placed a Paypal order for imps from one of the people doing the decanting. 5 for $25, when a full bottle would be $20 plus shipping? Yeah. Not a very hard choice.

The Lupercalia collection debuts next week - I may do the decant thing again. *cough* >.>;;

*prods at* Where can I find such people? That's definitely worth it.

The forum. Set up a forum account, find the Decant Circles & Group Orders section. People will post about what decants they'll be doing and what your deadlines for paying are.

The main downside to decants is that you have to be prepared to jump on it fast - slots get taken up quickly in the sign-up posts.

Ah. I see. Well, that's good to know anyway. I'll look into it. And maybe I'll indulge in one or two full bottles of the LEs.

Just keep an eye on the forum, and it never hurts to contact a decanter privately. I technically paid late for mine - signed up right away and paid a few weeks later. They were willing to work with me.

[EDIT]

...well, more like I paid about a week and a half later. ^^;;

Close enough. As long as you paid, and also got what you paid for. *shrug*
