YAY for internets! I used to live in an apartment that had that problem. There was like three places you could leave the phone and get calls.

Who is your phone carrier? Have you tried calling their tech service to see if they can do anything?

Do they have a tech support service? It might be something as simple as updating the tower list in your phone.
