Help! I'm trying to find a song....
I'm cross posting this in several areas, but here's the thing:
I am trying to find the sheet music to an art song and I do not remember the exact title or the composer. The opening line of the art song is:
There fell a beautiful clear rain, with no admission of fog or snow... I think the next part is: and this was and no other thing the very sign of the start of Spring...
Can anyone help with the title and composer of this very beautiful artsong? I believe it's 20th Century but beyond that, I am at a loss.
Also if there are other websites that could help me pinpoint this song, that would also be a great help.
