What did you do for Thanksgiving....
You know, the number of times I was asked that question this year was insane....beyond my previous years' experience. And no one ever liked the answer. "Nothing" I really did nothing. I don't have any local family. I had to work on Friday, and couldn't have traveled to unlocal family if I had wanted to. BF was with the wife's family, which, some of you may remember, I was uninvited to several years ago. So, I spent the day alone. It was just a day off from work. I made and ate chips and salsa, I slept in til 2. That was my Thanksgiving.
Our boss was kind enough to give us one day off to use between the Monday before Thanksgiving and today, I chose today, so, I have today off as well, yay. I'm doing housework, it was nice not to have to do it all weekend, knowing I could do it today.
I also went and got the BF's major Christmas gift. Sorry, won't say what it is :) Ask me after Christmas.
