It's only Saturday?
It feels like Sunday to me. That's probably because I haven't been home that much since Thursday. Thursday night was the Billy Joel concert! Met up with Lauren, friends, and family to see him in Philly. Amazing show and he's a great live entertainer! The entire Wachovia center was sold out. The show turned out to be about three hours long, including the half hour encore, and if you like Piano Man, you need to see him do it live with THOUSANDS of people singing along, haha.
And yesterday after work I went up to Flemington to visit Jen in Flemington. Got to see her school, and Bill, both in their natural habitats. Then it was out to the bars with lots of teachers! Met lots of cool people and it was great weather to be hanging out at an outside bar in New Hope. This morning was fun too cause Jen's family came to visit and they are always a fun group of people to hang out with. Her younger since and I always talk theater stuff and everyone else stares at us as we through theater terms around that no one understands (She's going to college for stage management and/or directing next year, fyi).
I felt like stopping by TCNJ on the way home cause I actually have to come all the way down 31 South to 95, which puts me roughly 1 mile away. But then again, I've been driving around all over the place and just needed to go home.
This just in! My friend Jax wins tickets to a KT Tunstall concert in Philly on Monday night! SWEET. We get to hang out backstage and be there for sound check...or something like that. Should be a fun time. Her music is pretty good if you haven't heard of her yet...check it out. Thanks PST!
