So far today I have had a three and a half hour rehearsal, submitted three poems (all to the same place, though), swept the floor, moved all the furniture around in the living room, and put some laundry in.

I'm on vacation.

How does that even happen?

Also: how is everyone?

I am housesitting in this amazing place full of art and design books and I want it to be mine. And there is a dog on my feet (golden retriever; also not mine). Also I have discovered that brewing very strong black tea with a wedge of lime and a spoonful of raw sugar is AMAZING.
