I was feeling a bit nostalgiac so I spent most of yesterday evening listening to some old K-Pop CDs I still have. It was actually fun, I started remembering the good old days when Sara and I had a lot more incommon and I used to want to be a pop idol in Korea. Yes. Good times. And then I came across S.E.S's third album. omg, track number 8. The one called Blue Sky. At the end of the song, Eugene does some narrations. Very beautiful lyrics. And then I realized that they stole the lyrics. From X Japan's Crucify My Love. I bought this album back in 1999, I didn't know of X Japan then.

But I know who X Japan is now and Crucify My Love happens to be one of my favorite ballads. I hear the lyrics in a stupid pop song and that makes me really frustrated. These are the exact lyrics they copied.

"If my love is blind...Till the loneliness shadows the sky. And i'll be sailing down and I will know, I know I can clear clouds away. Oh, is it a crime to love. If it sets me free. Never know, never trust that love should see a color."

I know that a lot of Asian artists copy songs or do their own language versions of foreign songs. I've seen this many times. But jesus, the little booklet that comes with the CD should at least credit the original artist. Lots of people in Asia don't do it. Why I ask. It's ridiculous.

I'm going to destroy that S.E.S album now. Ja. XDDD!!!
